How to unsubscribe from MakeMyTrip.Com email newsletter and Marketing Phone calls

Just found about this DND (do not disturb) page on MakeMyTrip.Com, http://www.makemytrip.com/support/dnd.jsp. Not sure if they really honor all requests, hope they do and not disturb people unnecessarily.
